Elevate Disability Property (EDP) Fund
The EDP Fund is aiming to develop a portfolio of investment grade Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties that can then be sold to institutional investors once they have been leased.
The EDP Fund is a sub trust of the BrickX Platform (ARSN 613 156 433) that allows investors to fractionally invest in properties.

Before being able to invest in the EDP fund you will need to sign-up to the BrickX Platform:
An Additional Disclosure Document (ADD) for the ADP Fund (BrickX Trust 41) can be found at https://www.brickx.com/pds and BrickX members will be able to invest into the EDP Fund after having reviewed and accepted the ADD.
